Fundraise for us

Our vision is to live in a world where anyone affected by eating disorders is met with care and compassion, given emotional and practical support, timely professional treatment and guided towards recovery.

Each month we receive around 1,000 helpline calls and requests for support via email. We support people struggling with eating disorders by delivering personal, on-going care through our national helplines and unique befriending service. We provide practical support through professional meal planning and nutritional advice. We deliver training and workshops to teachers, GPs and corporate organisations, equipping professionals with the tools to best support people in their care. We support parents, families and friends. We campaign on behalf of all those affected by eating disorders, lobbying government and MPs to ensure their needs are represented.

Fundraise for us and be a part of our team, our work and our vision.

Take part in the Change Challenge

We know that talking about eating disorders is at the heart of raising awareness and tackling the stigma that prevents people struggling from seeking help. With every conversation, we all make one step closer to creating empathy and understanding of eating disorders, meaning more people are able to access help and support. We're challenging you to get chatting for EDA and raise £5 for each person you talk to. Whether it’s your friend, colleague, neighbour or postman, your challenge is to talk openly about eating disorders and encourage as many people as you can to join EDA's campaign for Change. Every conversation you have has the potential to raise £5 for EDA by each person you speak to texting CHANGE to 70800. How many conversations can you have and how many people can you reach?
