Help us fund free recovery workshop places

After a successful pilot, we hope to run a second recovery workshop series over five weeks early in 2022.

Led by an accredited coach and behavioural change expert with personal experience of eating disorder recovery, the workshops offer guided support to help someone to look in detail at what recovery would mean for them, giving them motivation and support to take the first steps.

Normally, each place costs £100 but we'd love to be able to offer some free places to those who might find the cost a barrier - that's where you can help us! Any amount you can donate as part of #GivingTuesday will go towards funding a free place.

Join our campaign to create a safer online world for those affected by eating disorders

We know not everyone can donate to us at this time. But there is still a way you can support us!

Have you seen our campaign to create safer online spaces for those with an eating disorder or body image concerns?

Campaign for us on #GivingTuesday

Did you realise that, currently, many platforms that include paid advertising allow ads for fasting apps, very low-calorie diets, diet aids and excessive exercise plans to be specifically targeted at those affected by eating disorders?

This is dangerous and morally wrong - we want to make sure digital advertisers are doing the right thing. Daniel, our Chair, has started a petition to get this changed. We are also supporting Suzanne's petition to get social media laws changed so that a post must clearly state when imagery is filtered or edited to deliberately change someone's appearance or body shape.

We don't think these changes are difficult or unreasonable and they may just help someone you know and love too.

Help us create safer online spaces for anyone affected by an eating disorder or body image concerns.
